# 美区 Apple ID 登录教程（iOS 18 及以下）

> 本教程适用于 **iOS 18 及更早版本**。如使用 iOS 26，请看 [iOS 26 登录教程](https://help.lelian.fun/zh/article/lxwfbly-1dob9ai/)。

> ⚠️ 美区 ID 只能在 App Store 登录，不能在「设置」中登录。登录时不要绑定手机号。安装完成后请及时退出美区 ID，以免账号被锁。
> 共享 ID 禁止在「设置」中登录，因此被锁机概不负责。

## 一、退出当前 Apple 账户

打开 App Store → 点击右上角头像 → 滑到最下方 → 退出你自己的账号。

## 二、登录美区 Apple ID

1. 登录提供的美区 ID，登录时选择「**其他选项 → 不升级**」。

2. 登录成功后，先**关掉 App Store 再重新打开**，让商店刷新到美区页面。
